With a deep love for all things fitness, life, human connection and self-development; I created ASPACE with the view of providing you with a space to be all you can be, in order to live life passionately and fully.

I also started ASPACE with the goal of providing you with a safe space to be better and level up, as I believe it’s a tough world for men out there at the minute, with masculinity taking a hit.

In order to do all of that we need to become the best versions of ourselves. We need to work hard to create a strong body. We need to address our internal issues to become better men and overcome mental barriers. We need to address societal norms in order to provide a common ground for growth, as well as providing us with security in who we are as men and what is expected of us in today’s world.

It’s one hell of a mission, I know, but I’ll be leading from the front.

I look forward to seeing you alongside me.

My Story

Born in the North East of England, in Stockton-On-Tees, I spent the first ten years of my life travelling from school to school - from England to Germany - with my family as my Dad was ex-Army. My parents decided to settle down in my home town when I was ten, at which point I had been to six different schools, so it’s safe to say change and being able to adapt was the norm.

I can safely say that my younger years, including my teens, were pretty sweet! It’s where I found my real passion for sports and fitness. I didn’t care what sport it was, I’d grab any opportunity I had to play and learn with both hands. It was then only at the tender age of 15 that I first discovered the gym… but I’ll save that story another time!

At 18, young and naive, I moved away to Leeds for University to study Project Management (don’t ask). I had an absolute blast during my four year stint and made some life-long friendships. But I soon realised, after I spent my third year on a work placement, that I was not yet ready to ‘settle down’. So after graduating in 2014, I jetted off to Australia to travel the world.During the 18 month period, I spent a year in Australia, four weeks in Asia, and four months in South America. So many memories and so many amazing connections. It was unreal! With ‘real life’ and a solid career playing at the back of my mind, I landed back home in December 2015, bright-eyed & bushy-tailed and excited for the next chapter.

Fast forward four years, and a handful of jobs later, I was working in London in a corporate job that I had no real care for. So I decided back in 2019, when I was 27, to rethink what I wanted to do with my life. After little deliberation, fitness was the only thing that stood out to me as being something I had a genuine passion for. Something that had “stood the test of time”. With that, I decided to do my Level 3 Personal Training qualification.

At this point I felt like I’d been trying and testing ‘life’, all of my life. But my mindset back then (and even now) was very much biased towards living life to its fullest and living life with passion. So I thought it was a no brainer!I can now safely say, four years on, I made the right decision going down that path. I’m now at a place with my career and life where I genuinely believe I’ve found my purpose.
