The Pivot Programme is for those who have some gym experience and are looking to take their training to the next level. It’s for those who are yearning for a new challenge (like I was over 5 years ago) who want to pivot from their currently mundane training routine. The big compound movements lead the way, this programme combines the best of all worlds. It brings together classic Weightlifting, Bodybuilding, Functional Fitness, CrossFit as well as key Strength and Conditioning principles; this is the perfect mashup of “Fitness” which will leave you feeling strong, aesthetic, fit and resilient.
